Hi there, thank you very much for your review. We are so pleased to hear that George, Sid and Mable are enjoying their goodies. Currently, we are offering DPD next-day delivery including weekends on all orders for £6.99 (free for orders over £59). We take customer feedback incredibly seriously and are always on the lookout for ways we can improve. We do appreciate the draw of low cost and free delivery and we have been listening to what our customers want. By October / November this year, we are going to be offering a slower and cheaper delivery service as an additional alternative to the current DPD services. Rest assured, for all urgent orders, the fast and reliable delivery service you are used to will still be available, this won't change. We will be introducing a new service and we look forward to implementing this for you very soon.
