Impressed with service

We had to make a claim on our 6 week free plan which came with the puppy. We were very impressed with how the online people worked with us and with how fast the claim was processed.

Not Happy with the service!

Takes months to get the money back from the claim and we are still taking him back for check ups and more visits at $100-$150 everytime, on top of everything else already paid. All take, No give.
