No sooner had I written the above review than I received the following deeply offensive email. Not satisfied with gouging money from me while my cat was sick, BPI then took a further payment from me on 3rd June AFTER my pet had died on the 28th May. There is a refund due of £ 0.00 which will be refunded into the bank account that the direct debits were collected from. This can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.
