Lied to by customer service team.

We were lied to by your customer service team - telling us we would be covered for a prior illness (which as it turns out was nothing to do with what she just had). Not impressed, not happy.

Very helpful

Employees are helpful. Claims are smooth. You can actually claim. Not a lot of insurance company will sell your insurance for a hamster. They did. And they did it well.

Wouldn't recommend

Wasn't aware when policy was transferred over that it only covered each condition for 1 year. When phoning up staff were most unhelpful.. very disappointing.

I had a friend recommendation for them ,there's not a lot cover for exotic

I can't really comment about the pet insurance as only recently took it out not had any experience with it yet, but the staff where very helpful on the telephone thank you
