Poor customer service, cannot get thru on phone, no email response, being double charged!!!!!!

Great customer service they were more than happy to answer questions I had about my insurance

The rep I chatted with was very helpful in explaining the policy to me and assisting me with receiving my quote. Payment was easy and I was able to print off my policy and cards right away!

Neither good or bad. I simply registered for dog walker insurance without any exposure to a customer service representative.
