Seems Good!
I have not had a claim, but Customer service was very helpful. Auto reenroll is easy with timely reminders. Pricing seems reasonable.

Cumbersome login and inefficient process
The login process is cumbersome. You frequently sent annoying emails days apart telling me my renewal was coming up but didn’t send me the useful receipt.

Got the pet walkers insurance in less than 5 minutes
Getting the insurance is really easy. The price for the insurance is quite reasonable. Have not used it yet so I don’t know the claim process. Even though I hope we never have to file a claim.

It’s good insurance
I’d recommend to hem, affordable monthly plans with easy interface. Well written explanation of the terminology as your filling out the application

Called to ask questions about my coverage , explained what I needed extremely knowledgeable. Very easy to change my coverage
