Very good service when I found the item I was looking for on the web site only to find
out it was out of stock. However when I rang customer services they had a look for me
and informed me the item...
Beautiful photograph frame purchased for my son's wedding. Good fast service with no hassle. The frame was really well packed. Will definitely use again.
I ordered my gifts on 29th August and paid for next day delivery, due to getting married on the 31st August but it didn't arrive till the 2nd!!!! So the wedsing party got their gifts late!!

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to see your order did not arrive when you expected it to. I have looked into this and can confirm the order was placed on Thursday 29th August after our cut off point of 2 pm. Therefore your order was sent out on Friday for the next working day which was Monday 2nd September.
