Get rid of the short cocky sales man with the beard, and make customers feel a little more welcome and not as though you are going to rob them of all they have

Would buy a car again at Pentagon
Phil Boyhan (sales) did a fine job from showing me around the car at first" with no sales pressure" to closing the deal. Car was in top condition when we picked it up and no problems or delays...

Excellent service. Poor valeting. Would go again!!
The salesman, Shaiden Millican, was extremely helpful, and answered all of my queries. The service (apart from the valeting) was excellent overall. I would recommend them every time.

Can't recommend thrum highly enough. Thoroughly helpful, not pushy, great vehicles and honesty. Would definitely buy from them again

they were polite. salesman came across as though he cared about finding me the right car nothing was too much trouble
