Even though I made a mistake in entering my email address, documents etc were emailed through minutes after I enquired about it. Very easy to navigate website and very good prices
There was no mention of the excess until after purchase and at £75 this would not have been a policy I would have considered. Shall not be renewing!

Thank you for your feedback. We value your opinion. It is not our intention to mislead. We do detail our excess policies on the site. For example they are found in the FAQS. Such excess are also common across the sector.
In most instances where we can supply new for old replacements We are also able to waive any excess.We are currently about to launch an updated site. I will speak to our development manager and ask him to highlight our policy clearer so that it is made more transparent.
