I would have liked to have received two complimentary data tags rather than one, because of insuring two bikes

Good service; pity about the rigmarole to e-mail
Good service all round. My only criticism is that it would be useful to have a basic e-mail address to contact without having to find out what type of server one is using.
Found it easy to purchase the insurance - obviously haven't made a claim so wouldn't know if they were any good just yet, but the policy documents were simple to find and follow.
