Two of the foil balloons were damaged. On the day when we were preparing for the surprise party we ended up having to run to the high st to find more balloons.
Will not use this company again.

I cannot see that this query has been reported to our customer services team prior to leaving feedback.
I have sent a personal e-mail today to obtain further information on the balloons damaged, it is very rare we receive faulty goods from our suppliers and we strive to rectify any issues that may arise once we are informed.
