Fantastic four day break
Absoluyejt lovely break. Well above our expectations The lodge was beautiful clean and comfortable. The activities were well priced and affordable.

Caravan like a paddling pool
The caravan was not fit for use. Soaking wet through, carpets were like puddles & no mattresses or bedding. Moved to another caravan but boiler wasn’t working so no hot water or heating!!
Appalling...
Staff are amazingly friendly, always know the area and will give recommendations to other Parkdean Resorts. SOUTHERNESS was spotless clean, food in restaurants was lovely and entertainment was great....
Caravan come unwelcoming as smell of dog/urine we had to disinfect before we could even sit in lounge but arrived late at night and help given with heating

Lodge beautiful warm and welcoming on arrival .slightly disappointed as unable to use hot tub on arrival as cold

Lovely Place
Really lovely place right next to lake Windermere. Lodge was very nice, clean and tidy and the clubhouse has evening entertainment which was good too.
