Although I tried to call them and sent messages as I didn’t receive any labels for the parcels I’ve had no response so cancelled all the orders only to have someone call at the property to pick them...

Fast, reliable and great service. It was very easy to use and delivered earlier than expected.

Simple to use, all instructions were clear and helpful, FedEx collected exactly when predicted and parcel delivered to Australia in under 5 days. Excellent value for money

An unreliable service to say the least. Unfortunately, although the customer service was quite good in the aftermath of PH failure, based on my experience, I will not recommend ParcelHero to anyone....

They are improving much better than before much faster service packages arriving on estimated date

Parcel was not collected on the day it should have been but once rebooked for the next day it was collected and delivered in very good time.

If there were an option to select 0 stars then I would choose it. Absolutely terrible experience. Avoid at all costs. You have been warned.

Always easy to book a delivery and easy to make changes. They are customer friendly.
