On checking tracking info the correct post code for delivery was shown.
It was exactly as expected. Collection as arranged. Delivery as stated. Weird that delivery postcode appeared as collection post code.

Lack of response by courier
ParcelHero customer support was responsive. however the courier (FEDex) did not pick up the parcel on 4 attempts with no reasons provided back via Parcel Hero. had to cancel order with £6...

Atrocious service, a robbery. Non existing customer support.
Atrocious, will never use them again. Complete disconnect between systems, no way to speak to a human, cancelled an order and received confirmation but was still collected and then delivered late....
