Excellent service and value for money- would recommend

as the title claims used other carriers and they applied wrong code to my shipment and my parcel got held at customs for 14 days which can be annoying but with parcel hero they applied the correct...

Easy to do, well laid out website and interactive map of where to drop off. Lots of easy to see prices and options

Great service and the price was excellent compared to others. Definitely will be using Parcel Hero again

They change the price last minute

The courier showed up right the day after I booked the collection. Unfortunately I was out and have rebooked collection twice. Nobody has ever no longer showed up to collect my boxes.
