Additional charges for faked overweight parcel, taken automatically a month after delivery completed

Had to cancel the collection because documents couldn’t be printed.

The parcel was collected professionally and only took a here days to get to France x

Delivered what promised

A disastrously poor service unfortunately- the web interface is great but the actual pick up didn't happen for days and needed escalating several times via Parcel Hero AND FedEx to get it to happen....

Very efficient, communication is perfect, receiving information about all steps of my parcel . I strongly recommend it.
