Parcel was never picked up, no explanation as to why. Lots of back and forth and eventually had to arrange for parcels to be dropped off instead. Absolutely would not recommend this service.

Pick up and drop off all went smoothly, no complaints.

The site was easy to use and the parcels picked up on time

My parcels arrived little bit damaged and they broken 2 frames from my boxes. The courier wasn’t very kind to send the parcels. Very disappointed Poor service and poor delivery service
