We are so sorry to hear that you have not received your cards. We are unable to locate a message from you regarding the missing package but we have checked our records and the parcel with the 9 cards was despatched on the 13th July with a proof of postage if you would like to see a copy.
The parcel was sent by 2nd class post and we are unable to classify it as lost by Royal Mail until after 10 working days after the expected due date (3 working days).
