Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback and let me apologize for the delay in receiving the parcel and the frustration it caused. We strive to be prompt in dispatching the orders and to honor our next day delivery, however, when working alongside a delivery company, the greatest part of the delivery process falls into their control. As I have checked, the parcel has been dispatched by Panasonic on Friday the 10th, however taking into consideration that the delivery companies do not work on weekends and orders pile up in the meantime, this might have been the reason why they were unable to deliver it in time. Nevertheless, we can only apologize for the long wait and the inconvenience. Indeed, Panasonic has adopted and eco-friendly policy and in order to reduce our carbon footprint, we no longer print out full instruction manuals, however we make all of them available online for all products and available languages. We completely understand your frustration and in order to assist you, I have attached a link to your microwave oven's instruction manual below, so that you could easily access it, browse through it and, if need be, download it to your device so that you could eventually print it out in case you find it more convenient to have a paper version.
