As I can see, the case is on its way to be resolved however there were complications on the way, both on our end as well as on the delivery company's, for which I am very sorry. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we deeply regret the frustration caused. I am certain that my colleagues have done all that was in their power to solve the matter as quickly as possible, however, when working alongside a delivery company, the conveyed information might not be intercepted in a timely matter which leads to miscommunication and further delays.
