We found that that one of our customer relation executive had contacted you on 30th November 2015 using reference number 132457 and updated you about the transaction details with Packt. This order was basically a recurring payment for the renewal of monthly Packtlib subscription product, for which we have future pay agreement with our customers on Worldpay However, as soon as you informed us that this order was not done by you, we cancelled the order and issued refund for the amount charged on your card. Our sincere apologies for the delay in resolving your order issue with Packt. We would like to inform whenever we come across this situation, where our books are not printed correctly or if there is any damage to the books during shipment. As per policy we need to contact our printers with screenshot of the damaged order, so that they can send replacement. However, the delay in this case was because, we were experiencing some technical problem with our mail server receiving customer’s email and hence you received the replacement book late.
