I received a different item to the one ordered & had to pay £4.99 to return it. I have requested a refund of postage but of course have been ignored. I will not be using Outdoor Look again.

Many thanks for your order. We can see you have ordered 1 x size 14 and 1 x size 16 Regatta Panthea Coat in the colour Cabernet. We have checked our picking & warehouse logs & confirm we have dispatched these two items accurately. All orders are automated through our systems & every item is scanned prior to dispatch, which makes it impossible to dispatch a different item to what you have ordered. We've also checked our customer service logs & emails have not received any communication from yourself. Our customer service team will call / contact to clarify and further help. We apologise for any frustration and inconvenience caused.
Excellent fast delivery also the boots are. Fab quality and exceptional value for money! packaging was exceptional also

Ordered trainers for my son, they did not arrive. Contacted customer services and I have not received any update what so ever. Sadly I won't be ordering again

Thanks for your order and sorry the item has not reached you. We checked the tracking and can see delivery was attempted on Saturday 28th Oct. Unfortunately, you were not in when Royal Mail attempted the delivery. The item is now waiting for you to make alternative arrangements, this instruction was communicated to yourself via Royal Mail as they attempted delivery again 30th Oct and 2nd November . We have also checked our customer service email logs and have not received any communication from yourself in relation to this issue. Our team will be in contact to further discuss and resolve.
