They sent the wrong item. It took several emails for them to apologise and acknowledge their error and in the meantime the item i had ordered and paid for sold out

It looks like there was an error on the description supplied by the manufacturer and the zip pockets were in the incorrect position compared to the actual image / photograph. We have now corrected the issue with your help and refunded your original order. Thank you again for all your understanding and patience, whilst we resolved the issue.

Lots of choice of items. Easy to order online. I was notified when the items were dispatched and due for delivery. Items well packed and arrived on time.
