Great products and promptly refunded unneeded items
Responded swiftly to my request to change delivery address after my order was placed - brilliant. Sadly the item wasn't suitable but I would certainly order from Outdoor Look again
Shop elsewhere, nearly 2 weeks for a cap. Second time that’s happened… it’ll not be be happening a third. Treat you with contempt when you enquire say to where your order is.

Many thanks for your kind order. Some of the items can take longer to dispatch and this is displayed on the order basket page and within the order confirmation page. We can see our customer services have responded within a few hours of your query including a response on Sunday morning with an update on the order status.
