Beautiful necklace, delivered sooner than expected.

Initially no communication, just a long silent wait. But when I did contact them and explain how I was now needing the item ASAP, it did get progressed and turned up when they then said it would.

At very short notice I contacted Ortak to order a gents ring for a special anniversary, which was not available in the required size at that time. I received an immediate response from Craig at Ortak...

Love, love, love the jewellery I bought, the box is beautiful, too. I didn't expect to pay so much in duty charges when it arrived in Amsterdam; that increased the cost of my two necklaces by a lot!
