Beautifully made to order. Am delighted with the bangle and matching pendant. Delivered exactly on time and kept informed on the delivery.

Perhaps don't use Royal Mail.

I was disappointed in their customer service. My waiting time ran beyond the 21 days cited on the website, yet I wasn't notified of a delay or responded to efficiently when I made an enquiry.

Have not yet received the necklace. Stuck in the post.
