Thank you for your review - this is exactly what this platform is meant to achieve. We will be looking into this issue immediately and will be in touch directly.
I am sure this was an issue of miscommunication as the website clearly shows card holders as an additional purchase, but if you were dealing directly with one of the team, then there must have been a misunderstanding.
If we did not resolve this issue to your satisfaction then it will be revisited.
