Regarding the courier, we are sorry that this part of our service was not up to standard. We use a number of couriers, with FedEx being one of them. It sounds like on this occasion, they were not very helpful so please accept our apologies for the inconvenience of this. We have passed these comments onto the factory so that they can ensure they are noted for discussion with the courier. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Your order was placed on the evening of the 28th June and dispatched on the 1st of August for delivery on the 4th August, the next working day. Unfortunately it remained with Palletways until the 6th August before they tried to deliver. Our apologies that this occurred – we have looked into this but no notes were added. This has been reported back for review however this is a very uncommon occurrence with our deliveries. Please feel free to reach out to us directly to advise us of a delay — we will do all we can to help and will do our best to resolve any issues quickly and fairly next time.
