From our records, your most recent correspondence thanked our team for their efforts in trying to amend the delivery address with the third-party courier. Upon reviewing your order, it appears the address entered at checkout was incorrect. Although we did update the courier with the revised details, they unfortunately still attempted delivery to the original address. As a result, a full refund has now been issued to you.
