In the unlikely event that customers receive faulty, damaged or incorrectly sized flooring, we ask for customers to contact us prior to cutting and/or fitting the item(s), so that we can arrange for the goods to be collected and replaced where appropriate. We can see that we have already been in direct contact regarding your concerns, and resolution options have been discussed.
