This was the second time that we have dealt with online carperts and the first order was superb in delivery and also quality, I was a bit unfair in my last feedback , Online cannot be blamed for the courier service, and to be fair to them they have followed up my complaint with a phone call and apologised for a drop in the high standards that they set.
