All of our carpets are cut, wrapped, and rolled within a busy warehouse environment, with robust checks and processes in place to ensure they leave us in the condition expected. It is rare for a piece to arrive damaged, and even more unusual for this to occur on two occasions. Please be assured that all feedback is taken seriously and will be addressed with our warehouse and quality control teams to help reduce the likelihood of this happening again. From a logistics perspective, our collections and deliveries are planned based on the information available to us. Arriving unprepared and unable to collect your carpet is not something we would expect, and this is an area we will be reviewing internally.
