Not convinced
Not convinced they have shopped around for the best deals available.
Have used them for a few years now and renewal quotes are always a matter of days before your current insurance expires which...

I'm sorry to hear about your experience being less than 5*. We do always aim to get renewal quotes to clients at least 14 days prior to the renewal date however, this is not always possible as there can be delays in obtaining and negotiating terms with insurers.
