Dear Sir, Thank you for your review, it is a shame your letting agent does not allow for insurance premiums to be deducted from your rental account, to be honest we find this is very rare as most of the landlords and agents we deal with are able to pay us via the agent. Glad that we are still able to assist you and I have no doubt a receipt will follow once your payment is cleared.
