A company interested only in selling, not serving
Don't listen and don't communicate except for the incessant badgering of marketing/selling emails that they continue to send despite unsubscribing from them on multiple occasions.

Hi,
Thank you for taking time to leave feedback regarding your delivery from April. I can only apologise if you feel we have a lack of communication with any previous deliveries we have made to yourself, I can see that with your delivery back in April we notified you the day before delivery as standard protocol and notified once the delivery has been made.
In regards to the marketing communications I do apologise if this has not been sorted for you upon request, and would like to reassure you that I will pass your email on the marketing team for them to remove off the database. Oil delivery
Stated delivery on or b4 28th. Arrived on 28th, confirmation msg would have been nice touch. No problems, left delivery note in postbox.
