Their site is easy to use and you have choices of dates with prices to choose from. Was easy to order. Communication was very good as was the delivery well recommended.

We sincerely apologise that your order was not delivered within the expected timeframe, we know this isn't the level of service you expect from us and not the standard we aim to provide. Your concerns about running low and the potential impact on your boiler are absolutely valid.
The delay you experienced was due to unforeseen operational issues, however we fully appreciate that this does not lessen the inconvenience caused. Simple ordering system.
I was directed to telephone ordering as there was an issue with the provision of 4W tankers. Pleasant lady on the phone. Very simple procedure. Now awaiting delivery.
