The overall experience is okay, and the accommodation is slightly better than my expectation. However, I was a bit disappointed at the skiing lessons.

The trip was well organised. We were given timely information about everything. The NUCO reps were prompt, helpful and very friendly.

Excellent service
Friendly and professional service. The NUCO team were very quick to make adjustments on my booking and suit my needs. Would highly recommend!

Great Nuco Rep
One of the reps Lucie was very very helpful. I was having issues with the people in my room and she sorted it out very quickly. I ended up having a great week.
