Very good and thorough organisation. NST were helpful throughout the whole process. Our pupils had a fantastic experience and it was no hassle for staff.

RETURNING CUSTOMER DISAPPOINTED
No where near as good as my dealings last year. Still working on the trip with NST this year and find it much more impersonal and automatic/IT based.

Good trip
Well organised. Some communication a little slow- I didn't feel that we were ever the priority and I think some info could have been given to us sooner. Good trip overall!
