Excellent customer service.
Great communication, even when on the trip. Always found good resolutions to any issues with the itinerary.
Excellent customer service, quick to answer enquiries and to give guidance when needed. Very simple procedures to book and arrange trips - made my job very easy!

They made regular contact and were always available to offer advice/solutions. They met all our requests and offered a fantastic service from the initial enquiry right to the airport assistance

It is always outstanding, that's why I use them. I had an incident on my last trip that could have been a disaster , but NST were superb, calm, reassuring and they sorted it out within hours.
