very poor and the reason i dont normally get my insurance from them
Answer the phone when called would be a good start - still awaiting documents despite paying in full last week , now unsure if i have cover as i cannot get anyone either on the phone or by email.

Easy but not fast
The renewal process was very easy, but they were slow and sending through the certification once payment was made
