I am still unable to access my documents and information on line as I cannot sign in, it has been like this since day 1 and I’ve had to call to have my documents emailed.

We are sorry you have been unable to access your documents online, we have raised this with our I.T department to prevent this from happening again. I can see your documents were emailed to the email address we hold on file after you contacted us in May.
