The insurance was explained in terms a layman could understand! and a comparison was made with a quote we had been given and simply explained.

Thank you for your response, as is common practice with insurance policies premiums can be effected if a claim is made during a period of insurance as this is a rating factor amongst insurers, however I have asked the Renewal Executive to contact you to discuss the premium in more detail.

Desperately seeking renewal.
Competitively priced and made sense to have NICEIC insurance as an NICEIC installer…. However, I was really annoyed at the amount of times I was called by them weeks & weeks before the renewal date...
