We were very disappointed in the service that we received.
We got a quote for a fully comprehensive range of different insurances, to cover us for a range of eventualities. A couple of weeks later...

Thank you for your feedback, I can see from the emails attached on the file that the quote was initially sent to you on 15/08 and the policy did not incept until 14/09, it was advised to you in email correspondence that depending on when you wanted the policy to start from that it would have to be requoted with the correct start date to check there had been no rating change. I have also asked the Executive to contact you directly to discuss the change in premium further.

Dreadful
Had to add another service to insurance shortly after talking it out , they expoloted this and really over charged me would never use them again and not recommend them
