As with all reviews, we like to respond with the full detail to ensure that anyone reading them, when considering purchasing a policy with NextGen are fully aware of the detail behind the review and the score.
I can see you only purchased your policy on 13th May 2023. You then got in touch to query the 'family' cover within your policy. Our friendly team advised you that we can only cover additional riders in your family when they live at the same address as you.Unfortunately, this didn't meet your needs, as such, your policy was cancelled at your request and a refund issued.
We do provide very clear and concise information on our product for you to view when purchasing the policy alongside our helpful FAQ's and we're also available on e-mail, web-chat, over the telephone and of course on each social media channel. It's a shame that you hadn't got in touch prior to purchasing if you were unsure.
