Thanks for leaving us a review. As with all reviews, we like to respond with the full detail to ensure that anyone reading them, when considering purchasing a policy with NextGen, are fully aware of the detail behind the review and the score.
Unfortunately, as we discussed on several occasions, the documentation that you'd submitted had been modified, particularly the proof of usage that we asked you to forward directly to us from your Network Provider.Despite several requested and written/telephone conversations, this didn't materialise.
We're really clear on what documents you'll need in the event of a claim and we'll always try to work really quickly to get devices replaced and fixed, however, we can only do so when we're I receipt of documentation that has not been modified.
