Hi,
We're sorry for the delay encountered, but strike action by Royal Mail workers is one of those circumstances that is beyond our control (strike day was the 20th October, which meant delays to the delivery, and to the updates of their tracking information).
You placed your order on 17th Nov, we shipped it on 18th Nov.
Feedback is set up via our review partner Feefo, on an automated timing, so we're sorry that your order didn't arrive beforehand. We hope you managed to avoid the emergency jar of instant.

Good coffee, bad service
Make a good contract with Royal Mail, I ordered the coffee with 24 hours to delivered , but they failed, sorry for telling that.

Hi there,
Thanks for the feedback but this is what happened. You ordered on a Sunday in the early hours of the morning. The next day was a Bank Holiday (the Queen's funeral) so even if we were open, Royal Mail wouldn't collect.
We shipped your order on the Tuesday, and it was delayed by Royal Mail. It should have arrived on Weds, but took until Thurs. We state in out terms and conditions, which you agreed to, that Royal Mail cannot guarantee shipping, but it's an aim, and the vast majority are made to schedule.
Delays from Royal Mail are outside of our control - we are very sorry for the delay caused, but it was entirely outside of our control. We shipped the order on the postal service that you selected.
