Coffee is great tasting; more grind options than most which is good particularly as we use a V60 and not many offer that grind option. Super quick delivery. Thank you

Hi Soheil,
You placed the the 23rd of December, which was the day that we were shutting for Christmas.
The website made everyone clearly aware, both on the homepage, on the shipping page, and on various social media channels, that we would ship all orders placed between the 23rd Dec and 3rd Jan from the 3rd Jan onwards.
We would have shipped your order on the 23rd but Royal Mail staff were on strike that day, (and you selected Royal Mail shipping) so we had no way of despatching it.
If you had selected DPD or another courier, because the order was urgent we could have shipped it on the 23rd for you.using an alternative courier.
Your order was despatched on the 3rd Jan, the first working day of this year, and is on the way to you, you will have received the tracking link. If you placed the order when we were shut, i'm afraid there is very little we can do to... plus there has happened to have been significant industrial action by the CWU affecting Royal Mail deliveries in the last few months.
I took the liberty of checking other orders that you placed with us in the past, and all of them were despatched within 24 hours of them being placed... so where the "not even the first time" leaves us a little mystified. We hope you enjoy the coffee, and Happy New Year.
