I do understand your comment in regards to drivers being on regular routes, we do try to keep the same driver on the routes where we can, however this is not always possible when adhering to legal driving restriction, holiday cover and so on. As all our drivers are employed by the company and have full training there should be continuity on our deliveries, if this is not the case and there are any issues please contact our office so we can resolve these for future orders. Thank you for sharing your comments. We do not add any water to our products, any moisture within the product is naturally occurring. Natures Menu has raw diets for both senior dogs and puppies and also has a complete diet for those dogs who have wheat and gluten allergies and allergies to chicken. Our complete and balanced foods follow the Fediaf guidelines for completes foods and they contain the vitamins and minerals that are required within the diet. There are natural oils within the meats which are sufficient in most cases. We leave the owner to make the decision about adding further oils as every pet is considered an individual. In regards to the price banding this was in accordance to the yearly spend and at the discretion of the Finance Manager. It is always lovely to hear from our long standing customers and your comments are very important to us. Natures Menu was aware that we did not provide enough space in the comments box on-line to ensure clear delivery instructions could be written, this has now been addressed providing space for approximately 250 letters. Our Drivers are now being extensively trained in Customer Services as we believe their role is so much more than just delivery drivers, however with packing you will always find some are better than others. In regards to your 400g mince blocks, if you are at all unhappy with the quality please let us know as soon as possible so we can correct any issue you have immediately. Our 400g blocks have a 12 month best before date on them and should not smell chemically as nothing is added to them, please contact our Customer Service Department to enable us to look into this and exchange them for you.
