Hi Annmarie, The processing fee of £357 including VAT is the broker fee charged by Nationwide Vehicle Contracts for arranging your lease. It covers the work involved in sourcing the vehicle, placing the order with the supplying dealer, arranging the finance agreement, and coordinating the delivery of the vehicle. Details of the processing fee and the services it covers are outlined in our Initial Disclosure Document, which is provided before an order is placed and must be reviewed and accepted before proceeding. That said, we completely understand your disappointment regarding the issues you experienced with the vehicle colour, and we're sorry that your experience did not meet expectations.
