Nationwide Vehicle Contracts คำวิจารณ์

Hi Rebecca, thank you for your review. We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration, particularly around the communication you received after placing your order. Unfortunately, the issue surrounding your original delivery date resulted from conflicting information provided to us by the supplying dealership. A spreadsheet supplied by the dealership showed the vehicle as available for delivery, but we were subsequently informed this information was incorrect. We appreciate how disappointing this must have been, especially after a delivery date had already been arranged. We’re also sorry that you felt you had to chase for updates and did not receive the level of communication we expect our customers to receive. Regarding the fault with your vehicle, we’ve checked our records and unfortunately cannot find any record of this being reported to our Customer Services team. This explains why you haven’t received a response from them, although we appreciate you believed the matter had been raised with us. We will now escalate your concerns to our Customer Services team and ask them to open a formal complaint. A member of the team will be in touch with you directly to discuss your experience further.

Thank you for your review Kushal.

Thank you for your feedback Tracy. We're pleased to hear your first experience of leasing was so positive!

Hi Angela, thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that your vehicle arrived with damage on the day of delivery. Please accept our sincere apologies for this and any inconvenience caused to you as a result. We can confirm that our Customer Resolutions team has raised a complaint, and the supplying dealership has arranged for a repair agent to make contact with you to arrange for the repairs to be carried out. In the meantime, if you wish to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to call our Customer Services team on 0345 811 9595 (option 4) and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Hi Adrian. We're sorry to hear this and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. While we rely on information from the supplying dealer, we appreciate that you expect us to keep you informed throughout the process. I'll pass this on to the relevant department to help improve our communication.
